Abstract

In order to attempting for explanation of rules, rights and duties of couples, the best way is to determinate the principle and rule. Because in this way it is possible to solve many disputed problems and issuing orders for new problems based on the rule. According to Quran verses, especially the noble verse «لهن مثل الذی علیهن بالمعروف» God (swt) had given criterion of pleasant manner (Maaroof) so Muslims pass needed rules based on this criterion. expression meaning of pleasant manner is corresponding an issue with four items: Reason, sharia law, ethics and custom. Existence of item of “custom” alone will be enough if it won’t be serious opposition to other items. after explaining exactly of meaning of pleasant manner and discover its expression meaning in field of family, this paper had examined rule’s content, extent of the subject matter and typical or individual criterion. This research has done in descriptive analytical and documentary method.
