The words "love", "love" and the like have been used in many cases in Quranic and narrative evidence. The belongingness of these words to the voluntary behaviors of human , which is the subject of jurisprudence, makes this question that, regardless of the evidence and taking into account the topic and the literal meaning of these words, we should reflect on their various uses in the book and Sunnah, and considering the expressions of the jurists around us. Is it possible to express the meaning of these words and find a rule or rules about this? This research aims to take into account the lexical meaning and induction of the cases of the use of these words in the book and Sunnah, and following and reflecting on the writings of the Imami jurisprudents, regarding the use of these words in evidence, to investigate the subject analytically and descriptively, and to reach a systematic result in this The background should be reached. It seems that the attachment of the popularity of the Holy Ruler to discretionary behavior indicates its legitimacy and priority, and the attachment of his unpopularity indicates the impermissibility of issuing that behavior from the taxpayer.
