Abstract

In order for the legal rulings from the Hadith to be based on the Shia Danshuran, the Roygardani of two advanced jurisprudence from the authentic news and the work of the narrators of the Danhast. The premises of Rosh, as far as my work is known, have been confronted with the hadiths of his room's decision. These symptoms, by way of fatwas of jurists with a reference to their jurisprudence and hadiths of the Salar-Dilmi era, or a reference by two faqihs to the existence of a well-known work other than a hadith that is a source of opinion that is well-founded. Jastar is present in the hearts of his castimates, there is in the news of a dozen symptoms of the jurists who have seen them as a response. On the front page of its publications, this book is a study of its content, direction of issuance, and source of transmission. In the possession of content, resources that contradict hadith with the purposes of Sharia, the premises of the doctrine, the biography of the legislators and the narratives surrounded by jurists and the understanding of the preceding ones from the narratives and the existence of anomalies that can be mentioned in this document. Revealing the factors of taqiyyah and the wisdom of a narrator's question in his possession, in the direction of the issuance of his address.
