All the jurists of Imamiyyah and Iranian civil law believe that the option of condition is present in the contract of sale, but there is a difference of opinion among the jurists regarding the possibility of including the option of condition in sale and sale. They have considered its flow. This article uses the analytical descriptive method and library tools. The results of this research state that based on the consent of the parties and in the light of the principle of sovereignty of will, when the will of the parties to the contract is established on the basis that they have the choice of condition for themselves, this sovereignty of will on the one hand and compliance with the contract on the other hand From the intention, it requires that the option requirement be considered valid. Regarding this point of view, it can be said that there is no prohibition against it either in the Shariah or in the law. Therefore, with the requirement of the option by the parties to the agreement, such an option has influence and is effective and enforceable.
