Abstract

A significant number of jurists refer to a rule known as tolerance in the proofs of the Sunan to prove the acceptance of certain actions. The most important reason to prove this rule is a family of hadiths named "Akhbar Man Balagh". But Shiite scholars do not agree with these news to prove the principle of tolerance. This essay seeks to explain various approaches to the hadiths of Man Balgh by descriptive-analytical method and using library sources. In order to achieve this goal, by examining the various writings of Islamic sciences, it was found that three main approaches of principle, jurisprudence and theology can be evaluated in this regard. But each of these approaches are facing challenges to prove their approach from Man Balgh news. After explaining the shortcomings of these approaches, a new interpretation of Man Balgh news is presented, which is based on the argument of reasonableness. Explaining the conditions of the legality of acting on weak news expressing non-obligatory teachings is another achievement that legitimizes the chosen approach.
