This article studies the opinions of great scholars such as: Akhond-e Khorassani, Nayini, Iraki, Esfahani, Khoyi, Khomeyni, and Tabatabaei on the »shart-e mota’akhkher«, and three solutions are being suggested, namely Nayini, Esfahani, and the current opinion’s solutions.
