Dear Authors
According to the MSRT instructions, authors must fill in the Conflict of Interests Form, in addition to the Authorship Form. Manuscripts will be retracted if the aforementioned forms are not submitted along with the article.

Journal’s Scope
The present quarterly is dedicated to Fiqh, ʾUṣū-il fiqh, falsafi fiqh (philosophy of fiqh), and interdisciplinary fields such as fiqh and law. We publish cutting-edge research in the aforementioned fields of study. The editorial board invariably welcomes research articles from professors, researches, and experts of the field. The editorial board welcomes research articles from professors, researches, and experts in the field.
Types of Articles
The journal of Fiqh and ʾUṣūl is primarily dedicated to publishing research articles. Submitted manuscripts are thus reviewed and accepted according to research criteria. Therefore, authors are advised against submitting review or promotional articles.
Acknowledgements
Every individual or organization contributing to the study, influencing the work, or sponsoring the research should be properly acknowledged in the first page of the article.
