Abstract

The great influence of logical issues and rules in principle propositions and in the derivation of Shariah rulings is not hidden, as far as logical issues are considered as the basics of the science of principles and the basics of ijtihad.
Many Usulists, by their own statement or by using logical rules in their arguments, have practically proved the validity and effectiveness of using the knowledge of logic in deriving rulings, and on the other hand, some have denied the use of this science in deriving rulings, and some have considered it as one of the examples. They have confused truth and credibility.
In this article, with the aim of strengthening the rationalist ijtihad, we first explained the relationship between the science of logic and the principles of jurisprudence, and with an analytical and descriptive approach, we discussed the historical background of the interaction between the science of logic and the science of principles of jurisprudence, and after stating the logical foundations of the science of principles, the view of the usulists regarding the position We have analyzed the knowledge of logic as one of the foundations of ijtihad and while answering the doubts, by referring to examples of the application of logical topics and rules in principled propositions and the operation of deriving jurisprudence, we have proved that ijtihad stops at learning most of the rules and terms of the science of logic. we have done
